I began study and practice in 1975, and have continued to enjoy this enriching health-promoting art through the years, while teaching others along the way. Qigong is a vitalizing movement art and meditation in motion. All can benefit by this practice, whether performing a series of movement patterns composing a set or enjoying a few individual qigong exercises,  and most movement patterns can be modified for present capacity and comfort Рrange of motion, repetitions, etc. Рwith beneficial health-giving results.

Key to good qigong is quality breathing. When continuing this entry (soon), I will share some thoughts on breath regulation and quality related to moving qigong practice.
